Angie Porter and Kim Eavenson together make The PorterBrock Team your Realtor Choice for life. Angie and Kim work with both buyers and sellers of all price ranges. Instead of concentrating on just being a buyer's agent or a seller's agent Angie and Kim strive for quality care for all their clients. With my many years of experience, they are experts in all areas of real estate: residential, land, farm, residential subdivision lots, mountain views, Lake Keowee, Lake Hartwell, Lake Jocassee, relocation specialist for USAA, Cartus, Navy Federal Credit Union, foreclosures, short sales, commercial and even multi-family. Angie and Kim:
We were both born and raised in Oconee County, South Carolina and today it's still home to us both. Throughout the years of tour career as Realtors, we have become very familiar with the surrounding lakes, subdivisions, mountain areas, farm land, and both city and rural areas. We are very knowledgeable about the area health care providers, shopping, restaurants, and school districts. Although we have spent all of our lives in Oconee County, you will find we are familiar with the surrounding areas of Pickens and Anderson Counties as well.
Although we spend a lot of our time working the real estate business, our families are most important. We make sure no matter how busy we get, we make time for family and friends as well. Angie is married to Brian Porter and they have two boys, Christopher and Owen. Kim is married to Travis Eavenson; combined they have three daughters and a new grandson, Hunter. Angie and her family attend Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church of Walhalla, and Kim with husband, Travis attends Foothills Community Church of Seneca. Both Angie and Kim are very active within their church family.
Angie enjoys being a sports mom, fishing, and spending time with her family while Kim loves spending time with her family and new grandson. Both Angie and Kim enjoy dinner and movies with their husbands. Occasionally, they get the chance to take weekend travel trips with their friends and family. Even though it's their career, they enjoy their real estate business as if it were indeed a hobby.
We know that not many people can say that about their job and we feel honored to be able to say such. We feel it's important for all our clients to get to know a little bit about us personally so they can see for there self that just because we are successful in our real estate career, we live a normal life too and we want each client we work with to feel comfortable talking with us and feel confident in us to do our best for every client.
